This is our 3rd time to Island House and if I could go every year I would. This is in a good location to everything on Siesta Key. The beach is one of my favorites. The resort is very well maintained and has everything you need.

We've been here many times the past 22 years. This is our favorite location. At some point hoping they will allow pets/certified therapy dogs at the very least. Our vacations will be with our pets from this point forward so no Island House only for that reason.

Enjoyed the stay. The area was great, food was great. The only disappointment was the water was not the pristine blue I was hoping for, I am sure because of the storm that been in the gulf earlier in the month. Looking forward to spending another vacation there and hoping the water is the blue I am looking to find.

The views from 11N are beautiful! The beach setups are reasonable, but this apartment also had an umbrella and chairs also. Kid friendly resort, but still very comfortable for us retirees. Couldn't ask for a better resort experience in Siesta Key. There was plenty of beach space for everyone - not all packed in like some of the neighboring properties. We will definitely book at IH next time we're headed to Siesta Key!

It would of been helpful for more information on the unit. For example if you were told upfront there were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc there for your use. Garbage bags are only available at the office? How to do check out? While our unit had an awesome view, upgraded and clean bathrooms, the living and dining areas could use a good deep cleaning.

Our condo was very comfortable,clean and had beautiful views of the nearby beach and gulf from all the windows. The kitchen was very well equipped. We dined on the Lanka enjoying the beautiful views and relaxed there on two very comfortable chaises. The sunsets are beautiful and the beach is spectacular. It was a great place for a relaxing vacation. There were many good restaurants nearby. We were also able to enjoy kayaking and visiting Sarasota's Ringling museum and Selby Gardens.
