  This condo is absolutely beautiful and functional. The kitchen is equipped with anything and everything you would need. It was very clean. The views from the balcony are amazing! It is beach front! You can lay in bed and see the beach, feel the breeze and smell the ocean. Parking is a short distance with an elevator to only 6 other condo's so it is rarely busy. You have your own dedicated covered parking space so no fighting for parking. From this condo you are literally 40 steps to sand. It is located on the main pass through Siesta walking distance to anything. Beach and lounge chairs are included and are first available. We never had a hard time getting a chair and we stayed during Spring Break season. Plenty of beach lounges to go around. Tents and cabana's are rental but they will set up for you. Its located on a deeper sandy beach so plenty of space to spread out. Not crowded by others. I'm almost afraid to submit this review because I want to stay again without fighting others for times.

  I booked our trip directly through Island House, it was very easy, they are responsive and provide great communication through email. A few days before our trip they contacted me by phone to let me know the unit I booked was unfortunately having issues but they would give us an upgraded unit and they absolutely came through. Unit 5N was perfect! Ocean front with stellar views from all rooms and the balcony. It was clean and well stocked, needless to say we were very happy with this unit and we highly recommend.

  We've been coming to Island House for many years. It's the prefect getaway for us. This visit started with a surprisingly unclean unit. But, the minute we brought our concern to the office, it was met with an immediate apology and quick resolution. The cleaning crew was out asap and did a bang up job. No excuses, just quick and efficient resolution.
  Everything else as great. The now clean unit was, well, clean, the bed was comfortable, the showers are nice and strong, WIFi was good. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to prepare a few thing at "home". As always, the sunsets and the beach were just fabulous. There is nothing like the white sands of Siesta Key Beach. You have to walk in that white, powder soft sand to believe it. We plan to return in just a few short weeks with more family in tow.
  I would not hesitate to not only return but, to recommend Island House to anyone we know.

  We have vacationed at the Island House for the past 4 years and each stay was very pleasant and just steps away from the beach. The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. The management staff and maintenance service is excellent. Many restaurants are nearby activities and tours are available. We enjoyed the beach, watching sunsets, St Armands Circle, Marina Jacks, and sailing watching dolphins. We always look forward to returning to the Island House at Siesta Key.
