  We have stayed in 6 North a few times and it is one of our favorite units we are in the front building with a gorgeous view from our balcony/living room if the beach and the back porch patio view
  Is awesome for sunset views. The unit is attractive and comfortable and equipped with what you need for your stay and then some.
  My kids who are 26, 28, 36 grew up in this beach and we have stayed at Island House for many, many years! The pool and game room is awesome for kids as well as the beautiful beach! We have traveled to many places in the US and Europe and Island House at Siesta Key is our favorite family vacation!

  The location is great and the rental property was very clean. The pillows were pretty flat so that made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. will need to bring my own for next time.
  The property was fairly full so the noise past 10pm was very evident in the grounds by the shuffleboard area. The quiet time was not implemented so disappointed in having to deal with the noise past such a late time. Management was sent an email regarding this issue and I never heard anything back and nothing was ever done about the noise.

  As usual, we had a very enjoyable time at Island House with family and friends that we have met over the years during our stay. This year we had 9 beautiful sunsets out of 10 days. Our apartment was accommodating and comfortable and love being in the front building, enjoying our coffee on the balcony and watching the morning dolphin show. We will be back again next year!

  We love Island House and have stayed in this condo before and plan to come back to it again. We love this place as it is quiet and the access to the beach is amazing!!! Some constructive feedback would be that unlike last time, we had an issue and called the front desk and no one ever responded. Nothing too major but the handle on our microwave broke off on the first day, called twice and said they would send someone but no one showed up. Some areas of the condo looked to not have been cleaned in awhile (area around door knobs, by light switches, etc. I cleaned with stuff we bought and it came right off. Just surprised as last time we visited the unit was spotless.

  We loved the location and beach access. Great updated kitchen and living area. Wonderful screened porch with fantastic view. The carpet and twin beds not so much. I would highly recommend replacing the carpet in the bedrooms and the twin bed mattresses. I would be willing to pay a little more. We will likely return to this unit in the future

  Very spacious apartment. Clean and very well furnished. Kitchen had everything a person would want—like a gourmet kitchen. View of beach to die for from the sun room. On windy or colder days we enjoyed sitting, eating, and reading there with a full view of the beautiful beach and everything happening there. Easy entry via elevator from parking. Almost like a private entrance as only one other unit used that elevator at our floor.
