  Lovely!! Only drawback was Roku setup for our signing in for Netflix. Binder with directions (nor Corby’s guidance!) didn’t help and we were unable to connect... Which was disappointing.
  I left a note that disposal does not work... I had checked it before I attempted to put food in it would not turn on. We didn’t have to have it for our short stay.

  We loved Island House 11S beach rental. Perfect location and space for our family. Family room was comfortable, especially the leather recliners. Patio was perfect for breakfast and lunch. Like the desk space for an occassional work check in. Laundry was convenient for washing towels and suits. Wifi worked great and bathrooms were spacious. Thank you!

  We had an awesome vacation at Island House resort. The staff was very friendly and the views were just amazing. Our place was clean, with plenty of room. We loved being close to the beach, playing shuffleboard at the resort, and also close to many restaurants and shops. We would recommend to friends, and we'll definitely be back!

  The view from the balcony is AMAZING! We had a great experience with our rental for the most part. Everything was clean and the rental is very spacious. The owner responded quickly with any questions we had. It was equipped with everything you’d need - toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot, filters, pots/pans, etc. We did have issues with some type of termites or small bugs while we were there. They were all over the kitchen counters and master bedroom and we had to throw away food that we had on the counter. I messaged the owner and they said they were going to have the exterminator out after we left. That should resolve the issue for future guests, but unfortunately we lost food and were grossed out about it. Overall it was a nice place to stay and right on the beach! About a 5 min drive to the village and there is a free trolly to get there. Fun trip overall, despite the cold front that came through the days we were there 😔

  As always, it was a great stay. We had not stayed in this particular condo before but chose it because the first week we worked remotely out of the condo and liked that it had a desk/office at the end of the kitchen. I think the owner should update the beds in the second room as they seem to be easily movable (bed seemed really light) when rolling over in bed. I love that there was a lot of games and beach items in the closet for our use.

  We found 11S to be well equipped for our stay - new love seats in the living room were comfortable and attractive, TV was new and big, the patio space has exceptional views, the kithen was stocked with what we needed for cooking, the beds were comfortable, the grounds were well kept up, the grills were in good working order, and the beach is exceptional. We love the location so much, we don't do much else other than time on the beach, beach walks, and patio sitting. Other than groceries, Big Water Fish is our only stop - love the fresh fish we can cook for dinner.
