  We have stayed at the Island House for many vacations. The last three or four have been in this unit, with another planned next year. It is very beautiful and clean, with a phenomenal view.
  The only thing I could suggest is a new toaster. Lol it only toast one one side. We love our island house stay.

  We stayed in 15S. Beautiful space-completely renovated with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach is beautiful with fine white sand and plenty of beach chairs. Pool and game room were great for my teenagers on our non-beach day. Property managers couldn’t have been nicer.
  
  Siesta Key has great restaurants with a free trolley for transportation.
  
  Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be visiting again very soon.

  This was our 3rd year at The Island House. Love the location and property grounds. My only complaints are 1. we reported slow drains in the bathrooms and no one came to unclog them. They did drain, eventually, so we just lived with it. Xmas Day, the smoke alarm in the master bedroom started beeping. Called the emergency #, which was the main # and got a recording. Left a panicked message. Didn't show up until the 26th and dropped off a battery because I was in the bathroom. Couldn't have waited 2 mins for me to come out? Thank goodness the beeping stopped not too long after I called, or we would have been looking for other accommodations for the night.
