  Furniture is old and bulky. Bathrooms had very low water pressure in sinks.
  Laundry room needs redesign as we hit heads when transferring laundry loads.
  Stove and refrigerator need some repairs. We had a couple of bug sightings.
  Accessing the gate keypad is near impossible and our fob never worked.
  The property is large, beds were comfortable, the sun porch was large and comfortable, and the location is great.

  Our condo rental on Siesta Key was very comfortable: soft beds, absorbent towels, beautiful furnishings, large workable kitchen, and very clean. The view from the condo is its BEST feature...if we didn’t want to walk the short distance to the beach, we could watch the sunset sitting in the lanai!!!! The office staff was very professional, and worked diligently and timely to fix the few minor issues that came up during our stay. The maintenance staff kept the grounds looking beautiful! We loved using the trolley to take us into Siesta Village for dinner, especially the Summer House and Blasé (live music) Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Island House Beach Resort. We plan on returning next year for our fourth stay here!

  I first came to Island House 35 years ago. This year we brought our granddaughter. Our unit 10s was great very spacious and clean, the beach was wonderful and after the hurricanes so much work is being done to restore everything. Always love it here and it’s the only place we stay on Siesta Key

  We have visited Island House for 20 years and have never been disappointed. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have an exceptional stay. The hurricanes this past year have caused issues but they are working hard to update the damage caused by wind & water.

  Although my 4th visit, it was our first time staying 2 weeks, which was a perfect timeframe for us. Our rental unit was clean, comfortable & conveniently located. All of the staff was wonderful in every interaction. I’d love to see a simple bocce court added between 2S & 10S where there is adequate space & another option for enjoyment in this lovely place. Returning next year without a doubt & inviting friends too who will be first timers.

  Great location and condo is very well furnished and has a lot of room. There is noise from the elevator right outside our door and some chair moving noise from upstairs condo. This year we had a cockroach problem for most of our 2 weeks. They sprayed once and then put us on a list to have it professionally spayed again but didn't occur until after we left.

  We loved our stay at Island House 10S. Although the furnishings are a little dated, the apartment was clean, full of space and included all necessary amenities! We have already booked the same unit for next year! Our only disappointment was not being notified before we arrived that the two exits out of the apartment that led to easy access to the beach were blocked off, due to broken-out windows sustained from the latest hurricane! All we expect is full disclosure BEFORE arrival, of any changes to what was in the description of the property!

  We visited Island House 10S over Christmas 2019.
  Visited with some friends whom just lost a loved one recently.
  It was a perfect place to stay, the beach views were beautiful, the house was clean and inviting. The king Master bed was the best mattress ever!
  It truly was an amazing stay.
