  This unit was okay. Decorated great, had everything we needed in the kitchen. The floors need to be heavy duty mopped, our feet would be black every day from walking barefoot on them. Icemaker started making a crazy noise halfway through the week, reported it to the office but maintenance never showed. Elevator broke down on Friday with check out being Saturday morning so we had to carry all our stuff down stairs to move out. All these things are easy fixes and did not detract from us having fun and enjoying our stay. View from the lanai was incredible. Shower had great water pressure. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. It looked like they were making improvements in this unit, I would give this unit another chance.

  Very satisfied. The condo was nicely updated. There is no place on this survey for general comments. I think we’ve rented here at least 10 times. In the past, we could reserve a unit with a $200 deposit. The new policy is 25% down. Basically, you’re holding $900 of mine for a year. I don’t like that. It will influence whether we return. I think it’s ridiculous, especially as we’ve been very loyal.
