  We enjoyed the condo. Amazing views from the lanai! The beach is always amazing (we've been to the area a few times now). It was very quiet during our stay. The unit was clean-no issues. The pans are a bit used (the nonstick has worn off) so we purchased a skillet. Pool was nice and really wasn't that far of a walk. TV's were easy to use. Would stay again.

  Experience is always great at Island House. We rent annually along with a large group of friends and family for the week of July 4th. All staff was very friendly and helpful and security, although visible and present was not intrusive and allowed guests to have a great time. We travel with a special needs child and the property was accommodating with his beach wheelchair needs etc. I would recommend Island House for its ease of stay, friendly staff and beautiful property. Only complaint is that the furniture could use a good steam cleaning as these had multiple spots on them which had not been there in prior years.

  As always, we enjoyed our return to the Island House Beach Resort after a 2 year absence!
  We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of our unit when we arrived. We found long black hair in the side bedroom shower and side bedroom, and sand in the side bedroom shower as well. Other items: Unit 6S is not well equipped with cooking and serving equipment in the kitchen; we would also recommend that the resort purchase more straight chairs for use on the beach - there were only about 13 available and you had to get up at 6:00 am or earlier to have a chance to get one.

  This was our first time visiting and had a wonderful time. Room 6S was comfortable and well maintained. It has a beautiful view of the sunset from the third floor. You can access room by both stairs and elevator. The beach was very nice and not crowded. There were plenty of stores/restaurants (outdoors also). We went “off season” in September and weather was still beach worthy!

  Nice relaxing vacation to get away from the colder temps of the north. No schedule, no plans, and no stress. The location was very convenient to both ends of Siesta Key. Loved waking up and looking right out at the gulf each morning. Just a short stroll down to the beach and enjoyed walking along the beach each morning. The unit was in very good condition, with many items recently upgraded. Unit was clean. Very easy check in & check out, with no hassles at all. The view in the picture is very accurate. You can even watch the sun set from the sun room.

  This apartment was very clean and has a great beach location. The lanai was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or cocktail. The only thing that was bothersome was the water in both the showers never got hot just luke warm. I saw in pervious review that someone else had the same concern. I did tell the front office so hopefully someone will come fix that.

  4th trip to Siesta Keys. Loved our resort and room. Beautiful view of the ocean from your balcony. Quiet area. Condo was clean and big. Beds were very comfortable. Free trolley ride around town just outside your door. Pool was huge and warm. Sunsets were amazing. Location was absolutely perfect. Property was maintained nicely. Management was friendly. Only negative comment is I wish our condo provided beach towels. Siesta Keys is my favorite! We will be back to Island House next year!
