The actual unit's furniture was nice and the kitchen complete with everything you might need to cook. Beautiful views!
The unit was clean except for the floors which were sticky from day one. I do not blame this on the Owners but on the cleaning crew.

The best thing about this condo is the view. We spent most of our time in the screened-in porch in order to take in this view as much as possible. We were steps away from the beach.

Loved the view of the beach and the sounds of the waves. The king bed was yummy. The queen bed was too hard. The unit was clean and had everything that you need. There were ocean toys to enjoy the water with. WE loved playing in the water, and loved that the water was so warm.

Loved the beach and Island House itself, but was disappointed in many things about the unit itself. The AC is extremely loud, and when blower comes on it is very noisy in the bedroom and living room. There is no ice maker and only 2 ice trays- would be nice to have a fridge that is more up to date w/ ice maker. Utility closet in the kitchen won't close and it is very dirty and gross in there w/ wet mops and dirty buckets, rags, etc. Sliding glass doors leading out from kitchen to back porch won't lock. There is a slow drip in the master bathroom sink. Overall the unit needs a face lift- really outdated plastic plants and dingy rugs, old lanai furniture. We felt like for the price we paid, the unit could have been nicer. Unit was dirty- I had to wash the floors myself - they were very dirty and I had to wipe the kitchen and bath counters down and my Clorox wipes were very dirty when doing so,. We likely would not choose to stay at this unit again due to above.

Lovely accommodations and thoughtful owners! The view is stunning and the beach is spacious and gorgeous. The Unit is clean, neat and the kitchen has all the necessary items for cooking (except food!) which makes it so easy to settle in for a long stay. We enjoyed it so much we are going to go back.

8S was perfect for our long weekend with friends. Plenty of comfortable seating, 2 full baths, all kitchen supplies, beach chairs, nice screened porch, and of course the view and location to the beach was awesome!
Everything went fine with the booking, check in and out and communication.
We all agreed we would stay again.

Best location on the best beach ever! Simple and easy reservation- Chevk in and out. Great communication. Property felt even better then the pics!!!! Beds were cozy - great water pressure in the showers. Free laundry right off kitchen! Elevator to beach was speedy and right outside the door. We had a wonderful time overall! The location is perfect, right on the beach. Loved the covered parking and the elevator access. The screened in balcony off the living room was where we had our breakfast each morning. Outstanding views. Quite comfortable, but bedding could use a freshening and maybe a quicker coffee pot, brew time was abnormally long. Would definitely come back and highly recommend! Thank you!!!
