  The size of the villa is perfect. Some spots would put the unit over that top if updated, specifically the rug outside, on the porch. Also, the unit could be left a bit cleaner than how we found it (dirty floors and weird smell)

  It’s a wonderful location. The staff is very pleasant. The only reason why I did not give it a 5 star rating is because the villa’s air conditioning would not cool off the villa during the mid day hours. We killed a total of 8 huge roaches and constant ants inside the villa. We left voicemail messages and went to the office to notify and they said they would send someone and never did. Then the answer they gave is it’s the time of year. I had to purchase fumigation spray myself.

  Location of Island House is perfect for us. Close to the beach and a very quiet complex. Our villa was clean and comfy and we liked that each unit has its own carport so the street remained clear and safe for walking. we are already planning our return for next year.
