  Villa 37 has nice kitchen and furniture with comfy seating areas in LR and lanai. 2nd bedroom was a bit cramped due to limited space but Ok. Location good, near the pool area. Nice to be able to walk back from beach mid-day for lunch or a break.

  I got there on Saturday, unit's AC and master bedroom fan was not working, call management and went in person twice over the week, The master bedroom fan was never fixed, i was told that they needed to replace and they knew it, the AC got fix on Thursday and broke again on Friday, i left on Friday and will not want to rent this unit until and if the AC gets fix. This unit is outdated.

  Our overall stay was ok but it could have been much better. Check in was not until after 5:00 pm as front desk said there was a shortage of people on the cleaning staff.
  When checking in the property manager mistook me for another owner’s relative and proceeded to reprimanded me for past due HOA fees which I knew nothing about and thought it was an invasion of privacy for that owner. When arriving at the unit, it was not very clean. The floors and rug were very sandy. The furniture and the rug in the living room were dirty and needed a deep cleaning or replacement. There were dead wood roaches behind the TV. Four lamps had dead light bulbs. The ceiling fans wobbled. The A/C did not work properly the entire time we were there. It would stop cooling in the afternoon, then restart later in the evening. It was reported to maintenance Three times and technician looked at it but did not fix the problem. The ROKU TV did not broadcast in HD nor did it fill the screen. There was no king size blanket for the master bed.

  V37 was a great place to stay. Wife has physical limitations & this villa worked well for her. However pool water much cooler than expected, someone said the heater needed fixing. Unfortunately our stay was over before it got fixed! All in all would probably stay here again.

  My husband and I stayed here in mid January. This was my second stay at Island House Beach Resort. Villa location was great—a few minutes walk to the beach, and close to pool and laundry. Our favorite thing to do was catch the beautiful Florida sunsets on the beach every night. The property is within walking distance 15min or so) to a local grocery store and the main beach in siesta key in the other direction (about 20 min) We were told by the office person
  that our unit had been recently refreshed. The furnishings were tasteful and beautiful. Furniture was very comfortable with a sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen had absolutely everything you could need to prepare meals. We look forward to returning sometime in the future.

  The only place we will stay in Siesta Key. Always clean and in excellent condition! Service is impeccable!! This stay we were in Siesta for a wedding. The other guests stayed at other resorts. After visiting our place at the Island House, every one of them said they wished they had stayed there!!! Love the gas grills. Beach never packed and very well cared for. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in Siesta Key!!!
