  Our overall stay at Apartment 10N was good—the location is excellent with the beach just steps away, and we really enjoyed the beautiful view from the patio. However, the furniture could use an update, the refrigerator was dirty, and we had to deal with a few roaches. The sofa bed was also very uncomfortable. Despite these issues, we would consider staying here again, especially if updates are made to the home.

  Love island house it's our third year. This was not a great unit. Back sliding door handle broke off daily. Dirty walls. Old appliance and cutlery so cooking was difficult. Broken sink in the master. Dryer stopped working on the third of eight days.

  Overall we had a great experience. Unit was on the first floor, convenient, nice size. We booked again for next year. Feedback would be for beds to be replaced in both rooms and bigger tv in master bedroom. Sofa bed also really wasn’t usable, maybe making an air bed available instead better.

  We have been traveling to Siesta Key annually now for over 10 years. This is our 3rd year staying at Island House. Each year the unit has always been very clean and some upgrades here and there. Unfortunately this year we had an incident with a sliding door completely falling on us. The management was very quick to act and had someone come and fix the issue again. This door has been a hazard for three years now.
  Other than that incident we have had great stays in Island House. The property is kept very nice. Walk to the beach is short. BBQs for guest use is great as well.

  Love Siesta Key and visit often. This unit has a prime location...50 steps to beach. Nice unit generally. Twin beds need to go. Wrapped in plastic below sheets and creaking noises were not tolerable. Complex does not allow chairs within 50 yds of water...which I have never seen anywhere on Earth?!?!? Fix that and I def reco staying here :))
