  this was out first visit to the Island house on Siesta key and we had a wonderful time. the Villa was close to the beach and close to the pool. Very quiet area. the villa was clean and had everything we needed. The management staff was very helpful and wounderful to work with. Would certainly return

  My family tries to come for a week every year and the Island House never disappoints. The proximity to the beach is great, amazing water and sand, and the pool is great too. The specific unit we stayed in could update the main room matress but other than that it was perfect, comfortable and clean.

  We had a wonderful time at the Island House! We loved the location and the beautiful beach. I would recommend the Island House to others.
  Our rental unit, however, could use some updating and repairs. There was a burn on the bedspread in the master bedroom, the knob on the closet door was missing, a hole in the side door screen. The screen to the porch would get stuck frequently, so it was unusable. We could not get any of the windows open, which was unfortunate because the weather was spectacular and the outside air would have been lovely. The cover to light bulbs on the screen porch was missing. The appliances and dishes could use updating in the kitchen. The chairs in the living room, especially the one furthest away from the screen porch was not working correctly.
  The resort itself was wonderful, this particular unit was not. We plan to return but will certainly rent a different unit.

  Had a wonderful time with family and friends. The villa needs some upkeep but otherwise it was clean. The office staff was very nice. Overall it’s a great location with a beautiful beach but the red tide this year was pretty bad.

  Great location V22 was perfect for us. Loved the grill area ease of going in/out of the property. Laundry facility was clean. The only thing to improve this unit would be beach chairs because the property does not let you take their beach chairs down close to the water. We enjoy sitting close to the water and soaking up the sun. They only allow you to go halfway down the beach with chairs.

  The Island House was perfect for our family. The location was convenient to go to the beach and to tour the Village for shopping and eating out.
  To pull up in your own Villa driveway right to the door to unload luggage and groceries was excellent. We highly recommend, Villa was clean, the size of the Villa was perfect for the 4 of us, very friendly Management and workers onsite. The Villa takes very good care of the exterior as well as the interior.
  We will be back for sure, we truly enjoyed our vacation🐚��🐬🩴🦩🧉😎
