  Great, clean, convenient place to stay. We are returning clients and continue to be happy with our stay here. We rented two villas as this was a family trip. Both groups were happy with their dwellings. Office staff game face pleasant but not fuzzy like it use to be.
  
  Just a heads up in misleading wording in the rental contract. It states "...including ....*2 beach cabanas and beach chairs for your convenience". Long story short cabanas are included with a fee via outside vendor.

  The accommodations were comfortable and up to date. But they don't tell you in the listings that this unit is as far away from the beach as you can get on this property - almost on the road. I've stayed at other properties across the main road that were actually closer to the beach. There is no view of anything other than the office and the other villas.
  The unit as not clean when rented. After walking on around the unit for 5-10 minutes in white socks, they were black on the bottom. Also food crumbs on the floor and some of the dishes were dirty. Cleaning is not great. The pool is relatively small and located at the main entrance - near the main road - as far from the beach area as it could be.
  For the money in a property that advertises "beach front" - there are better options than this unit.

  We loved the condo very nice and clean. The internet was not great and tvs would just spin a lot. The tv in the master we never got to connect to internet.

  Our experience at the Island House was amazing. The service was great when needed, location to shops and restaurants was very doable and everyone was very friendly. Also, as far as I could see the Island House was the only beach access that had trash cans on the beach to throw away garbage. I would most definitely stay here again!

  We had a wonderful stay. The place was great. Comfortable beds, hangers provided which aren’t always offered at places like this. The beach is just beautiful and we never had trouble getting a chair. We felt like we were able to safely socially distant from others at the complex. My only complaint is our place did not have a broom, and I think it would be really nice to offer at least 1 roll of paper towels, 1 sponge, a small thing of dish soap, and a glass cleaner for wiping down the tables. I think for the price we pay, those things should be included. Otherwise- loved it!

  The place was great. Clean the price was right and the house is well stocked with beach toys and stuff to use at the beach. The pool is as close as can get and that was great since my mom is somewhat disabled and the fact that it’s climatized was just right for the cool days. The grills were great. I wish there were bathrooms close to the beach but that’s the only complaint.
